My account has been placed on hold. What next?

As part of our regulated due diligence process, new users' wallets are screened upon their first purchase of the xU3O8 token. For more information on this process, please refer to our article on the matter. If a wallet address is flagged as having engaged in potentially risky transactions, the user's account will be placed on hold pending further review.

When this happens, there are two possible outcomes:

  1. Further review reveals that there are no immediate concerns, and the account will be unblocked automatically in due course.

  2. Additional information or documentation is required from the user, at which point the user will receive an email from Provenance Compliance, our compliance partner, providing details on what further information is required, and how to securely submit this information for review. Once this process has been completed successfully, the account will be unblocked.
