I'm receiving a "Cannot initialize wallet, no user logged in" error when trying to log in

This is an issue known to occur when attempting to sign-in via MetaMask on mobile, while your phone is on low power mode.

In order to resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

  • Close the MetaMask app

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Close your browser

  • Switch off low power mode on your phone

  • Visit app.uranium.io and sign in again
